This study aimed investigates the effect of Nahjolbalagha training on mental health of college students. In an experimental study including pre-test, post-test, follow-up and control group, Sixty one participants were randomly selected from these college students. Then, they were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Participants were completed General Health questionnaire (GHQ-28) in three phases of pre-test, post-test and follow-up and Experimental groups received 10 weekly sessions of Nahjul Balagha training .The results of variance analysis with repeated measures showed that Nahjul Balagha training significantly improved the experimental group's mental health of college students in comparison with the control groups (P<0.05). According to the results findings, Nahjul Balagha training by group is effective method to promote the general health of college students.
