Style is the author's way of expressing himself, which reveals his identity and personality, his beliefs, his mental states, and his psychological complexes. Repetition is one of the styles used with the aim of emphasizing or drawing attention to something and placing it in the center of attention. One of the cases of using the repetition style is in prayer, so that the supplicant shows his helplessness, need, and insistence through repetition. Repetition is one of the most widely used styles in the case of Imam Ali (AS), which is used in accordance with the purpose. This research, using a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to stylistically examine repetition in the Imam's prayers and how its dimensions are reflected. The repetition of prayer in the Imam's prayers indicates the intensity of the servant's need and urgency for God and is a sign of the Imam's humility, submission, and sincerity, and his connection and intimacy with his Lord; because a needless and arrogant person never asks for anything from anyone. So, need is a close and deep connection that causes someone to ask for something, just as the Imam, out of humility, sincerity, humility and sincere connection with God, prays to Him using repetition and strengthens his spiritual and moral connection with his Lord. In his prayers, the Imam uses the imperative after using the manada and repeating it, which indicates the sincerity and intensity of his need for God. In many cases, he has used the imperative verb in the sense of praying and asking for help, and the use of the manada style with the imperative verb in prayer is appropriate to the purpose.
