Anger, as one of the fundamental human emotions, emerges in response to adversities, injustices, threats, and frustrations. However, if not properly managed, it can lead to aggressive and harmful behaviors, as well as physical and psychological consequences. This study aims to examine anger management skills within the teachings of Nahj ul-Balagha and to compare them with contemporary findings in medicine and psychology, employing a descriptive-analytical method. The central question of the research is how Nahj ul-Balagha, centuries prior to the development of modern theories, has presented ethical, educational, and behavioral strategies for controlling and guiding anger, and to what extent these teachings align with current scientific mechanisms.
