One of the main pillars of the study is in the field of leadership management. Leadership and leading are the major responsibilities of management, but it is not his job. This occurs when a person, for whatever reason, tries to influence the behavior of an individual or group, because leadership means the power to influence followers, so that they move in accordance with their will and desire to achieve their goals in different situations. The present study was conducted using analytical-descriptive analytical library studies. By analyzing Nahjolbalagheh, various articles and books and sources have been tried to explain the concept of management styles from the perspective of Nahj al-Balaghah. Imam Ali's view of leadership and management is a people-centered view that if there is intrusion and command to the ends of the subordinates and the general welfare of the people, and if the leader seeks to achieve the goals of his organization and his specific set, these goals are nothing but It is not the consent of the people, and this is where Imam Ali (AS) considers the leadership to be a heavy duty and a difficult task. Imam Ali (AS) reminds his directors that they are servants of the people and must have moral attributes. Therefore, in the present study, the management and leadership styles from Nahj-ol-Balaghah's point of view have been discussed.
