The criminal policy in the biography of Imam Ali (AS), as a positive differential criminal policy and in line with the provisions of the noble verse: ﴿وَلَقَدْ کَرَّمْنَا بنی عَدَمَ﴾, on the one hand sought to preserve human dignity and considered punishment as the last resort and from On the other hand, it seeks to realize judicial security, which is one of the most important needs and human rights of citizens in the society and has led to the growth and development of the society, and in the importance and value of the issue, it is enough that an Alevi criminal policy has the characteristic of certainty in applying the guarantee of criminal executions and diversity. Solutions and flexibility in fighting crime and maintaining the defendant's defense rights. Using the descriptive-analytical method, the present research will answer this main question, which are the manifestations of the criminal policy discourse in the biography of Imam Ali (AS) with the aim of explaining the criminal policy discourse in the biography of Imam Ali (AS). The findings of the research indicate that in the biography of Imam Ali (AS), the discourse of preventive criminal policy in accordance with the model of participatory criminal policy and the discourse of Alevi criminal policy in criminal proceedings as a coherent and continuous set, both of them have high goals that are based on dignity.
