Most of the junior and inexperienced managers as well as some experienced ones, just in a short time after their appointment or selection in a new position or responsibility, would start to surround themselves by a closed circle of elected loyal and trusted group of people, mostly flattering and obsequious, that cause them to be enclosed in an information fence recently known as Management Glassy Fence. This is a barrier that debars managers to access the appropriate data and information required for their organizational decision making and makes their decisions exclusively affected by this limited and closed circle of flattering and obsequious trusted people; insofar as the manager closes his eyes to the organizational internal and external realities and filters and keeps away any information conflicting the requirements and suggestions by the members of this information fence and perhaps the manager would punish or interpellate the compassionate or expert bodies who try to transfer him the right data. This research, employing a qualitative content analyze on Imam Ali’s (a.s) conversations and statements, offers a framework and model with developing appropriate cultural and informational infrastructures in organization and presents personal, behavioral and professional characteristics required for the managers to avoid such glassy fence in organization and provides an appropriate foundation for daily management decision makings in all organizational levels.
