Criminal justice as an organized and intellectual control of crimes and punishments on the societies has no long background and its initiation has been come back to renaissance in European criminal law history. Its main goal is to reduction or suppression of all kind of crimes and creation of an effective and useful criminal system. In pursuit of this goal criminal justice has been passed many changes from retributivism to utilitarianism or treatment and correction.
