Alavi justice and the rule of Imam Ali (AS), which has been established on the base of equality and fairness in all aspects of government, can be considered as a lost ideal of human being in the field of ruling over people. Although the study of this subject has been entered in the context of political and social sciences, however, its reflection in the literature is the duty of literary scholars. Therefore, this article attempts to come up with poetry of some of the contemporary Arab poets, both Shiite and Christian, to discuses the following items: the ruling way of Imam Ali (AS), some aspects of his justice and its reflection in contemporary Arabic poetry and literature, and finally his legitimacy and rightfulness. Methods used in this library research based on the description and analysis of data. The results of this study are: his guidance-oriented approach in the ruling over the people, Justice in society, protection of the right in any circumstances, helping the poor and orphans.
