"Jihadi management" is one of the emerging concepts can explain the organization and management dimension of the Islamic-Iranian development model. Since the concept of jihad is a phenomenon derived from religious ideology, a valuable attempt in this field is the study of the model of the jihadi management of Amir al-Momenin (AS) who, as an innocent person, has been in charge of society for about five years. The study sought to shape this pattern in a credible way. The method used in this study is a case study through the thematic analysis of all the phrases in the Nahj al-Balaghah book and then making the final pattern of the results obtained at the stage of thematic analysis. In this research, after encoding 5255 sentences of Nahj al-Balaghah with the help of the content analysis software named MaxQDA and forming the format of the themes in three main dimensions of "Amir-al-Momenin''s environment", "personal characteristics of him" and "Jihadi management system of him", his pattern of jihadi management includes the attitude, motivational, approach and behavioral-functional dimensions, which includes 25 components and 28 sub-units. Also, 15 components of the requirements for using jihadi management and its conditions and six components of the results and achievements of jihadi management have been extracted from Nahj al-Balaghah''s analysis has completed the main dimensions of the final pattern.

The Imam Ali’s ruling era is known to be one of the most turbulent eras in Islamic history, in which after the successors of the Prophet, it faced with a lot of anarchy, conspiracy, wars, and internal disputes, and finally leading to the martyrdom of his majesty. During this turmoil, Imam Ali, with his intelligence and acuteness, could create regulations and a foundation in the name of ‘justice’, ‘liberty’, ‘individual rights’, and ‘social rights’. The whole theories by Imam were stemmed from the Koran, and the Prophet’s mission and sunnah. A survey over his discourse and behavior reveals the fact that he had a comprehensive and intellectual supervision over the concept of ‘religion’, ‘religion and society’, and ‘ethics’. These principles are easily seen throughout the text of Nahjulbalaghah, indicating his special focus and intelligence in society as the prophet’s successor or known to be as the lord of Muslims. The present research tries to find out the answer to this question that as a sharp-eyes intellect in his contemporary chaotic world, how Imam Ali was seeking liberty, ethics, justice, and individual rights, as well as trying to show the means of acquiring and maintaining them. The content analysis is used to investigate the text of Nahjulbalaghah with which the analysis is conducted and the various aspects of the raised questions are strived to be replied.

Human beings every day encounter beliefs, claims and issues in various fields of religion, culture, society, economic and etc, Which must accept or reject them. The design, acceptance, or rejection of any belief and claim is based on rationality. The Holy Qur''an, Nahj al-Balaghah and other religious sources, hadiths and traditions have always invoked man to rationalization and to avoid the persistence of wisdom. Epistemic deontology leads one to the rational examination of a claim before designing, accepting or rejecting it. The purpose of this study is explaining components of epistemic deontology in Nahj al-Balaghah and its effects in the education system. Most of the junior and inexperienced managers as well as some experienced ones, just in a short time after their appointment or selection in a new position or responsibility, would start to surround themselves by a closed circle of elected loyal and trusted group of people, mostly flattering and obsequious, that cause them to be enclosed in an information fence recently known as Management Glassy Fence. This is a barrier that debars managers to access the appropriate data and information required for their organizational decision making and makes their decisions exclusively affected by this limited and closed circle of flattering and obsequious trusted people; insofar as the manager closes his eyes to the organizational internal and external realities and filters and keeps away any information conflicting the requirements and suggestions by the members of this information fence and perhaps the manager would punish or interpellate the compassionate or expert bodies who try to transfer him the right data. This research, employing a qualitative content analyze on Imam Ali’s (a.s) conversations and statements, offers a framework and model with developing appropriate cultural and informational infrastructures in organization and presents personal, behavioral and professional characteristics required for the managers to avoid such glassy fence in organization and provides an appropriate foundation for daily management decision makings in all organizational levels.

(Eye Contribution and The face of faith) Comparative analysis of the narrative of Hamam's sermon with respect to ancient mystical text Hamam's sermon, is one of the most famous sermons of Imam Ali in Nahj al-Balaqeh. The significance of this sermon, in terms of precise and subtle meanings, is beyond the scope of the scholars. But in addition to all the reasons that the commentators of this good book cite about his learning and popularity, this is a marvel and a miracle that lies in the narrative of this sermon, which excels in this sermon from other sermons of Nahj al-Balaqeh. The listener of these precious words, after hearing the words of Amir al-Mu'minin, dies to keep the atmosphere of narration, mystery and wonder, and make the reader wonder and astonished. It seems that Hamam dies more than the enthusiasm of the appearance and glossiness of the words of Imam, due to the transmission of the unconventional image and the observance of the holy thing. This article tries to find the secret of its refinement and beauty in a new way in this narrative. In the present study, using descriptive-analytic method, this narrative has been analyzed to find the mystery of freshness and beauty of its validity.
